1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BaZi Lantern, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature Of The Service

BaZi Lantern provides chart computation, formation analysis, luck-cycle interpretation, relationship summaries, and optional AI explanations for reflection, cultural learning, and decision support.

The service does not guarantee outcomes, predict death or disasters, decide relationships for you, or replace licensed professional advice.

3. AI And Deterministic Scores

The product is designed so deterministic engine rules compute the core chart and compatibility output. AI explanations may summarize or clarify those results, but AI should not secretly assign runtime scores or create hidden rules.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the product for lawful, personal, cultural, or decision-support purposes.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, defame, or manipulate others using chart output.
• Do not upload another person's private birth data unless you have a legitimate reason and appropriate consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, entitlement limits, payment checks, or system protections.

5. Radar Lite And Social Boundaries

Radar Lite currently operates on saved or sample relationships. It does not provide stranger matching, contact exchange, or chat. Any future discovery feature must be opt-in and may include age, consent, reporting, and blocking controls.

6. Accounts, Entitlements, And Payment

The current entitlement model separates relationship slots from AI follow-up quota. Future paid plans may unlock more saved relationships, higher AI follow-up limits, no-watermark sharing, and fuller pair explanations.

Payment integration code is not wired in this 22BW slice. When payment launches, checkout, renewal, cancellation, refund, and webhook rules will apply.

7. Availability And Changes

The service may change as the product is tested, corrected, localized, or prepared for launch. We may update features, limits, pricing, copy, or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Intellectual Property

BaZi Lantern's software, interface, copy, generated design system, and original product materials are protected. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or operate a competing service from our private product assets without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided as available and without warranties. Chart interpretations may be incomplete, culturally contextual, or affected by incorrect input data. You remain responsible for your decisions.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaZi Lantern is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or reliance-based damages arising from use of the service.
